Pike to Plate offers private cooking classes for groups of 2 - 4 people. Using seasonal ingredients sourced from vendors and producers at Pike Place Market, participants prepare a full three-course lunch or dinner. While cooking, Chef Jennifer explains the history of the Market, showcases her favorite places to shop, shares cooking techniques, and discusses the culture behind the cuisine and ingredients. Menus are based upon the food preferences of each group, resulting in a customized and unique experience. All levels of cooking experience are welcomed.
